Creative Direction & Brand Strategy
ITBS supports entertainment projects by aligning creative vision with execution. We work with artists, management teams, labels, and brands to provide creative consulting and hands-on production coordination across music, live performance, and brand-led initiatives.
Our involvement is tailored to each project ranging from early-stage creative strategy to full production coordination depending on scope, timeline, and budget.

Visual Design & Art Direction
ITBS provides art direction and visual oversight for campaigns, performances, and branded content.
We guide visual design across photography, video, digital assets, stage visuals, and marketing materials, working closely with designers, photographers, stylists, and creative partners to ensure alignment and production readiness.

Production Coordination & Staffing
We coordinate the operational side of creative production.
This includes managing timelines, coordinating vendors and creative teams, sourcing production staff, and ensuring all moving parts stay aligned. ITBS acts as a central point of contact to keep production on schedule and within scope.

Choreography & Performance Direction
For performance-based projects, we support choreography development and performance direction.
This includes coordinating choreographers, dancers, rehearsals, and staging to ensure performances are cohesive, well-executed, and aligned with the project’s creative goals.

Merchandise Design & Development
ITBS supports merchandise design and development from concept through production.
We assist with creative direction, design development, vendor coordination, and production oversight to ensure merchandise aligns with the artist or brand while meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

Tour Production & Management
We provide creative and production support for tours and live events.
This includes tour concept development, creative staffing, rehearsal coordination, and production planning. ITBS works alongside tour managers and production teams to ensure creative consistency across all tour elements.
